奥诺国际英语学校是前任英国皇家国王大学建筑法学院院长，香港中文大学，香港城市大学教授Louise Barrington创办的专业商务英语培训机构, 其前身设于香港中文大学及香港城市大学. 目的是为香港的法律及工商管理学生开发英语课程并进行有针对性的强化培训。 

Barrington教授同时也是亚洲国际模拟商业仲裁法庭比赛的创办人及现任董事，该比赛每年三月份在香港举行，吸引了世界各国家和地区的法律学学生参赛，目前代表中国的参赛学校包括了清华，大连海事学院，北大，武汉大学，人民大学和深圳大学。 

南城奥诺国际英语是经东莞市教育局批准设立的专门从事成人英语教育的学校，致力将过去10年来在香港高校累积的成功英语学习方法在国内推广。

Outlook was founded by Louise Barrington, a lawyer and former professor at King’s College London, City University of Hong Kong and Chinese University of Hong Kong.  She has designed and delivered courses for law students and business professionals in many different countries. 

She is also the founder and director of the Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot, a competition attended each year by students from top Chinese universities such as Tsinghua, Dalian, Xiamen, Wuhan, Renmin University of Beijing and Shenzhen. 
Outlook English is primarily designed to teach practical English to young Chinese professionals.  The school is certified by the Education Bureau of Dongguan to specialize in adult education.  

Outlooks unique teaching methods are especially adapted to produce excellent results for Chinese students wishing to learn or to perfect their oral and written English skills.
